ATS Polyurethane for Sandwich Panels is a composite material designed for prefabricated Buildings and Structures. It is made up of a Pu Rigid Core sandwiched between two metal sheets. The PU Rigid Core made by ATS Synthetic (Pvt) Ltd. is known for excellent Heat insulation properties.

This Polyurethane system is ideal for insulation of Cold Storage Rooms & Energy Efficient Buildings.

 

    Polyurethane Wood Imitation Series

 “Wood Imitation” structure foam is a new type of carving synthetic material.

    Key Characteristics

  High mechanical strength and hardness.
  Excellent repetition molding property. it not only can mold certain shape size but also mold like a wood texture and other designs good touch
  Appearance and feel close to wood which could be planed, nailed, drilled and carved patterns or designs.
  Mold can be aluminum or steel and silicon rubber epoxy resin or other resins which are low cost and easy machining.
  Process is simple fast and of high efficiency.
  Physical and mechanical properties is one of the optimal synthesis wood produced by various polymer. Physical property can be controlled by adjusting the formula.

 

    Polyurethane Pipes Insulation

 This Product is a type of blend polyos which is specially researched for Rigid PU to produce thermal Insulation pipes.
It is widely used in steam pipes, liquefied natural gas, running oil pipes and other fields.

    Key Characteristics

  Good flow ability by regulating formula to suit different pipes diameters.
  High temperature resistance, performing long standing in 1500c
  Excellent low temperature dimensional stability.
