Our Commitment to Quality Control
At ATS, we uphold the concept of total quality. Our procedures are organized, and sophisticated technical instruments are seamlessly integrated. Our team of professionals and quality inspectors embraces a proactive approach at every stage of the production process. Each production batch is thoroughly tested to ensure the overall quality meets the product's intended use.
To further enhance our quality, we are a member of Technology UK, the world's leading research and technology organization for footwear and leather. We maintain an ongoing partnership with SATRA for technical assistance.
Our QC lab is equipped with SATRA testing equipment, as well as a variety of other testing tools, including tear/tensile test machines, UV testers, incubators, viscosity meters, abrasion testers, density scales, spectrophotometers, flame testers, anti-fungus testers, and bally and vamp flexometers with temperature control.
Raw Materials Testing
In order to maintain quality throughout, ATS uses strict criteria in selecting raw materials. Raw material testing facility, operating parallel with QC department.
Professional and chemists work under a fool proof quality assurance system covering all steps from the testing of the incoming commodities to the dispatch of the finished products through routine and random sample testing, assuring no compromise on quality.
Our testing facility is geared with modern textile testing tools, pilot reactors, gas chromatography and other chemical and application testing equipment.
